We meet at Birmingham Town Hall and cross the road to Queens College Chambers for a private cookery demonstration led by community cook Darshan. We'll then take public or private transport to a local Indian supermarket. Here you will be introduced to the range of ingredients used in Indian cooking. We'll finish off the session at a restaurant of the group's choice. Take hoome goodies will be provided.

We meet at Victoria Square and walk over to the Bullring markets (crowned the best outdoor market in the UK) via Selfridge's Food Hall. Then a short walk to China town where participants can sample dim-sum and visit a Chinese supermarket. We head towards the Mailbox and along the canal to Brindley Place. Both are home to a range of fantastic restaurants spanning a variety of cultures and cuisines. Food tasters are offered along the way. We'll also include a stop off at the Cube so visitors take in the panoramic view of the city from the 24th floor.
Birmingham is home to three restaurants which have been awarded a Michelin star. We are happy to organise bookings for individuals interested in experiencing world class, fine dining in Brum.
